• What type of surface can I apply my Whimsi Decal?
• Our decals work best on smooth, flat surfaces and are intended for interior use.  These include surfaces like smooth walls, mirrors, cabinets, smooth tile, and appliances.
• The following surfaces are not recommended for application:
• Walls with a textured surface
• Sheetrock, plaster or drywall that has not been painted
• On top of wallpaper
• Brick walls
• Within 2 feet of heated surfaces
• Inside a shower or bathtub
• Outdoors

• How long will my Whimsi Decal wall decal last?
• When applied correctly, your decal will last at least 5 years, which may be longer than your decorating style!  And the best part is when you are ready to remove the decal, there will be no damage to your wall.

• Can I apply my Whimsi Decal to a freshly painted wall?
• We recommend that you wait at least 3 weeks after painting to allow the paint to cure before applying your Whimsi Decal

• How long will it take for my Whimsi Decal to ship?
• We ship most orders within 2 business days after receiving payment.
• Custom order and/or orders that require customer approval may take additional time to process
• We will always send you an email or text once your Whimsi Decal has shipped
• Once your order has shipped, you can log in to your account to check the tracking

• How do I clean my Whimsi Decal?
• You can clean your decal with a damp cloth.  We do not recommend using any type of chemical to clean your Whimsi Decal.

• Can my Whimsi Decal be reused?
• Our decals are removable, but are not reusable
